Includes focused repair work on two to five individual locs only. Shampoo, full retwist, or installation of new extensions are not included. Locs must arrive clean and freshly retwisted; reattachments or extension pieces are additional charges if required.
Extensions are not included in this repair-only service. We carry a limited selection of loc extensions for reattachment when needed; technicians can reattach for an additional fee. Please inform us ahead if you expect to need extension pieces.
Reattachments are not automatically included; they are offered at an added charge. If reattachment requires extensions we stock some in salon. Tell us before your appointment so we can prepare materials and allocate extra time.
Yes — locs must be clean and freshly retwisted before your appointment. We do not provide shampoo or retwist with this service; unclean or loose roots may require additional work or be rescheduled.
Timing varies by damage and complexity; most two to five loc repairs take between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours. We book accordingly, and if reattachment or extensions are needed additional time will be scheduled and billed.
Because we only work on specified locs, the overall retwist should remain intact when your locs arrive freshly retwisted. Minimal manipulation is performed; any necessary adjustments will be discussed before beginning to protect your style.
