Yes. We require locs to be clean and freshly retwisted so repairs can be secured properly. If your locs are not prepared, we can arrange additional services for a fee; scheduling may need to be adjusted.
No. Extensions are not included. We carry some extensions in stock for reattachments if needed, and we can attach them for an additional fee. Please inform us before your appointment so we can prepare materials.
No. This repair-only service explicitly excludes shampoo and retwist. It focuses on fixing damaged or loose locs. If you want cleansing or a retwist, book a maintenance service or add those options to your appointment.
Duration depends on loc size and damage severity, but generally repairs for six to ten locs take between 45 minutes to 2 hours. Your technician will give a more accurate estimate during consultation.
Reattachments are handled but billed separately. If a reattachment is necessary, we’ll advise on materials and cost; we stock some extensions for reattachment. You’ll approve any additional work and pricing before the technician proceeds.
