Lightly clean hair is preferred so we can accurately assess roots and scalp. Avoid heavy oils or styling products; if you can’t wash beforehand, inform us and we’ll adjust the evaluation accordingly.
Consultation fees vary by location and complexity; we provide a clear price estimate during the session. Fees may be credited toward services booked the same day—ask when you arrive to learn current rates.
